We ship all around the world. We ship most of our international packages with UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT or EMS
1) We charge only 6USD for UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT shipping. Delivery time is about 7 days.
2) We offer free EMS shipping. Delivery time is about 15 days.
Please give us 2 business day to process your order for shipment. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with tracking information to follow the shipment. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
About Customs Tax
Customs is a government agency, which is responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). We offer the convenience of handling these fees on your behalf for specific countries and for many items. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
In most countries, the buyer have to pay taxes or duties for the imported goods. Goods under a certain declared value are exempted from customs duty. Those limit and regulations will differ from country to country. We will neither predict the tax amount nor can provide advice to you regarding the tax regulations and customs rules of any country. As the buyer, it will be your responsibility to find out these information before you order.
If your order/package have been levied with customs duty, then you can pay the same to the courier while receiving the package. Unfortunately we can not prepay the tax and we can not calculate the exact tax amount for the package. If you are drop-shipping or sending the products as a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes at the time of delivery.
We suggest you to be fully aware about the import regulations and customs rules of your country so that the delivery of the products will be smooth without any hassles. If you think there is a possibility to minimize tax or duty for your package, you can guide us to customize your package in terms of labeling, packing, invoice etc. You can list your instructions in the comment box in the website at the time of check out. We are always happy to help.
Refused Or Returned Packages
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address or is declined by the customer or is undelivered for any reason, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undelivered packages or merchandise to us.
